Go early for best seats. The place is a little run down but snacks and service are good. Be prepared for it to be a little loud.

It is under construction! We called and went all the way there after the owner said they are still open for shisha, they didn't even have an open bathroom or any furniture. The entire restaurant was a construction zone. Horrible experience.
