friendly staff, clean establishment but note that they may try to get you to sign the waiver before you had the time to discuss treatment and ask questions. It should be signed after all information is given as so stated on the form you have to sign. thanks

Uncaring and unprofessional service. Did not once get an appointment reminder phone call. I went in for a laser hair removal package, which was completely ineffective, due to them deliberately keeping the laser power down and only treating partial areas in every visit so you have to go back for more in the future. One of my treatments lasted less than 3 minutes, which was absolutely inadequate, given the size of the area that was to be zapped. They only did parts. When I complained about not seeing much change after a few treatments, they finally turned up the power. Some hair fell out. But after 6 treatments I lost absolutely no hair permanently. It all grew back. A total waste of money.

the treatment took about 12 minutes. all the time, the professional was trying to sell cream and more treatments. not very enjoyable.

Very rushed, too clinical for the spa-type procedure, as compared to the same treatment at other facilities.

No debit machine, had to go get my own change and not friendly at all! Wouldnt go back! My son s girlfriend felt the same way! It took 15 minutes and told me that it would take half an hour, too much money for 15 minutes
