please improve on your communication - I phoned a couple of times, and got no call back, or it took over a day to hear back...this is frustrating as a customer and reflects poorly on your facility.

The instructors and help at the front desk was great. Friendly, young and amazing with the kids. My daughter is extremely shy and I have all the confidence in the world she will thrive here!!
