They did a FABULOUS job cleaning my Lincoln. Only problem I had was not being able to leave a tip when I picked up my car. It all had to be given to the person who took my car and not the people who cleaned the car.
Not sure WHY I disagree with this procedure, but it just struck me as strange.
The fact that I could be dropped off in downtown London and picked up later was great and I was able to tip that driver :)
All in all, was a good experience!
