PLUSES: Quantity and quality of the beef; friendly and helpful staff; the place was spotless. MINUSES: I upgraded one of the sandwiches to garlic bread but neither I nor my wife could denote any garlic flavor. The provolone cheese needs to either be more plentiful or preferably of a sharper (higher quality) variety as you could barely taste it in the sandwich. Lastly, I must comment at the fee (however small at 25 cents) for adding a sauce to the sandwich - I have never encountered an establishment to charge for ketchup, mustard, or a splash of worcestershire. These are common condiments; extra charges should be for something exotic, like bearnaise or hollandaise, if they offered them.
