Terrific job! Derek, the carpet cleaner worked hard at cleaning the rugs and was very cordial and considerate. We are very pleased with the job he did.

Communication about arrival time was excellent. The gentleman was professional and did a very good job. My elderly dog has accidents, and he was able to clean and deodorize those spots well. (There is an extra charge for urine stains.) In addition to a carpeted room, I had a rug and hall runner cleaned, so water got on the surrounding floor and he brought in a towel to wipe it up. Carpet protectors were placed under furniture legs to protect the carpet while drying. I would use them again.
