Everyone was nice. I have enjoyed other places that paint their own canvas and you watch then paint your own. I didn't like that a lot of the painting was done or started for me because I wanted it all to be my own work.

Koch & Company is locally owned and operated. Loved talking with the owner and her husband. Oh yeah, they did an excellent job framing my diploma!

they said they would contact me when my picture was ready and they never did. they didn't seem to care either.

I feel that Koch and Company is a bit shady. First, I had to point out that there was dust in my picture for them to fix. Second, the frame they provided had a scratch at the top. I watched the younger lady try to fix the scratch on the frame and when she couldn't, she then looked at me to see if I saw her trying to fix it. After having waited 20 minutes or so on both to fix my picture and making the far drive to pick it up, I didn't have the will to wait or come back for a different frame. I think that Koch and Company is okay with doing subpar work and I will not be taking my business to them in the future.
