I didn't even get offered the hot chocolate and the management was rude, I had the most difficult time getting my appointment scheduled because they never answered the phone. The wranglers were awesome though.

The staff seemed pretty accommodating for the group of riders (12?), including our immediate group of 3 adults and 2 kids (8 &12). Two wranglers led the group, one in front & one toward the back. Having previous riding experience, I appreciated that the one wrangler (Joe?) allowed me to not just do the tail-to-nose ride, and even informed me that they have an experienced rider option, which I'll be doing soon. Hopefully will be able to get the same steed... :-)

Had a great experience with our handlers and our riding experience! The only downside was trying to reach them to set up our reservation. Called & left 2 msgs. Over a few days & sent a couple of emails but they wouldn't reply. Finally, got through on the phone & had a pleasant experience.

My family had a very nice time. Would have liked more riding instructions since my children had never been on a horse before. Just basic turning, stopping, etc. Beautiful place!!

This was a great experience. The people at Estes Park Horseback Riding are awesome. When my grandaughter started to cry because she was scared, and we were worried she wouldn't go on the trail ride, the guide was so reassuring and kind that she not only went, but took the reins of her horse and rode down the trail by herself!
