Overall the experience was good. Unfortunately, when the girl was giving me the bag of stuff to take home, I didn't hear her tell me about the numbing drops. I heard "happy drops" but understand that they were numbing. So needless to say I didn't use them and I was in misery the first night!! When I went in for my follow up the next morning, the Dr told me what I missed and when he put the drops in, it was immediate relief. I would just say try to stress the numbing drops a bit more. Hopefully my vision keeps getting better as I keep healing, but for now I'm happy with it.

I had a very positive experience with your company. Every employee I encountered, from the doctors to those working the front desk, were very friendly and professional. The crew of doctors and techs that took part in the surgery were especially awesome. They made a very nerve racking procedure feel a lot more comfortable. Thank you very much!

Your front desk/office staff is not a good reflection of the the quality of work you do and how great your doctors are. Most of the people at the front desk are brief, unfriendly and seem under trained. Everytime I received a call or voicemail from them they mumbled & sounded down right grumpy. It also would have been nice if someone would have reminded me to fill my prescription before surgery. It had been 5 months since my consultation; I forgot about it & had to to go to the pharmacy directly after surgery which was not ideal.
