Gene Messer had to look long and hard to find the utility windshield wipers they provided as part of this deal. In fact, I have never seen such cheap windshield wipers in my entire life!!!!! Service was extremely s-l-o-w for an oil change and tire rotation - and I had an appointment!! I have no idea what weight oil was actually put in my car and I was not offered the opportunity to choose a synthetic. Overall, a disappointing experience and not one that would make me a repeat customer. Interestingly, I had been at the dealership to test drive a new car only two days before, but this experience made me change my mind about dealing for a new car.

I had an appointment and it still took two hours to get my oil changed.
