This was my first time to try crossfit. I had no idea what I was doing, but everyone was friendly and the coach gave me tips to make sure I was doing it correctly. Good environment!

Tanner and Alex are so very helpful and encouraging. Not a frilly gym at all...you work hard and the rewards are great.
