Representative was professional, cordial, and attentive as soon as I walked in. Based on my observation., there were Two representatives early this morning. A flux of customers were coming in and they( the reps) tried so hard to assure them once an available representative will come forward and assist. Some customers were impatient others were just waiting patiently. Overall, it was a pleasant

This was my first time at this store, but I am sure will not be the last. At first I believed the building was closed down, it probably needs to be upgraded, but the service and selection compensated for the lack of looks. The manager was very friendly and accommodating, and I loved the experience.

Marwin made my visit very pleasant. He was extremely helpful in choosing the right frames for my face shape and size. I came in because my Rx had changed. I had 2 specific colors in mind and he wasted no time in finding them. He showed me a handful of choices, thereby eliminating a lot of my time by being specific for me, and me being overwhelmed by all the numbers of frames. Bought both colors!
