I used the far infrared sauna. Everything was excellent - staff, cleanliness, scheduling, etc. It couldn't go over 125 degrees, however, and I start getting a dripping, good sweat at 130 degrees. Maybe they could allow a slightly hotter sauna. Then I'd be more likely to return. Otherwise, great place!
