One night, Jelita Bridgeforth had a craving for something sweet. She flipped listlessly through several cookbooks, and nothing caught her eye. But then she opened her late grandmother's recipe book, and found something she just had to make—pecan sweet rolls.

As many do after a home culinary experiment, Jelita posted a picture of her concoctions to Facebook, which led to people actually placing orders. She decided to run with the idea, coming up with unique variations on the roll in order to expand her offerings. Today, customers can get gourmet rolls topped with caramel apples, strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, and chocolate brownies. But no matter what flavor she's cooking up, Jelita always uses real butter, eggs, milk, and locally grown fruit.
