Reception area assistants were not knowledgeable or helpful: however, the dental hygienist and the doctor were terrific... and that's where it really counts. Helpful, congenial and did a great job!

The dentist was very friendly and did a lot of patient teaching. It was obvious that she had a goal of educating her patients. I did find it interesting that my previous dentist(whom I saw 1 year ago) didn't find the numerous fillings that were needed that she found! Either cloumbia Dental is drumming up business or my old dentist has been lax

The doctor and staff are very professional,courteous, helpful and really gave my teeth a very good cleaning.

It was not the best cleaning I've received/it wasn't very thorough, but I didn't mind because I knew I didn't pay much for it. If I had paid the full $270, I would have expected a better clean and a more thorough exam. The staff was very nice and timely, and overall I was happy with my experience. I would go there again.

I had an extremely positive experience with Columbia Dental in New Britain and would highly recommend it. After my cleaning, I had further work done and I was very impressed with the doctor's desire for the best possible outcome. I am thrilled with the results.

Got an adequate exam, x-rays and cleaning at the New Britain location. Its not the most polished place but the service was professional and the prices are fair.
