Hard to communicate with owner who is also the technician that comes to your home. He does a good job but it included additional costs.

Cleaning does NOT include disinfecting or scotch guarding the carpets. Those were extra but he gave us a great deal.

At first, setting up the appointment seemed a little sorry and unprofessional, but I'm very satisfied with the work they performed. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the following Monday.

They arrived almost 3 hours late. They didn't call to mention this. I had to call them and ask what had happened. The first thing I was told as they examined my home was that they needed $35.00 more for hotter steam for what they called a very dirty spot (which happened to be a clean spot on the carpet with a few crumbs of yard debris tracked inside on top.) The owner's accent was difficult for me to understand and he may have said he'd do the deeper cleaning for 10.00 more, but I wasn't sure. When I refused to pay extra I think I got the minimum treatment. Only two rooms got a "pre-spray" and they finished all (5 rooms and two halls, though I had paid in advance for 7 rooms to be sure all would be cleaned) in about 45 minutes. I had not been notified to vacuum all the rooms before they arrived, but I did have furniture removed. I only was able to vacumn ahead of them in two rooms since they were moving so fast! I thought the carpet was excessively wet but it was mostly dry by the next day. I had turned the air conditioning to only 74 degrees. Today the carpet is cleaner but I wanted to share these details. There was no smell of anything, so, I think it was only steam.
