So Clean arrived at my house right on time. Although they pointed out that my dryer vent did not qualify as a main floor vent (it was located between the ceiling of the main floor and the floor of the second floor) they quickly and efficiently cleared out the last few feet of the vent which I could not reach to do myself. They were courteous and respectful.

nobody ever returned my phone call, so I got a credit back instead.
