I've went to my first kick boxing class at Fight Fit on February 17th, 2018; the class was lead by Ken. It was an amazing experience. Very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I will be going back and trying out some of their other boot camps classes. Especially like the fact that you have to book your classes; another motivation to actually following it through with your goal. Thank you Fight Fit and it's wonderful staff.
