The staff of the Thomas School of Horsemanship has found the secret ingredient for running a successful riding school and day camp: keep it in the family. Bill and Fran Thomas founded the school 70 years ago, in 1943, and today their daughter Nancy continues their tradition. Nancy has cultivated a staff that includes certified riding instructors, gymnastics and dance experts, and art teachers, many of whom include alumni and parents of second-generation campers.

They were very accommodating and they were so nice to my daughter! They knew it was her birthday and everyone wished her a happy birthday! They put her on a nice calm horse- since it was her first time and she loved it! Her instructor was very patient and friendly! She had a great time- can;t stop talking about it!
