The staff there are unprofessional and rude. I arrived very early in the morning and still had a long wait. After working on my vehicle their primary focus was trying to sale me another service without really doing what i came for correctly. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They didn't even balance them. I called back and they sated that I had to request that. Wow. I'll never return.

There was a hour & a half wait for an oil change. The mechanic drove my car after the oil change with my brake up. Winchester Tire has been in business for 43 years, I'm very confused as to how.
