They come to your home. If they have extra deals they tell you before they start and very nice and cuterious and friendly.

When the person got to my place to detail, he told me that there was an upcharge to shampoo the carpets and something else (I don't remember). I told him that was fine. He was finished in a short time, and the carpets were not clean. I would not use them again.
