Narumi is a very sweet knowledgeable lady. I was pleased with my experience. I did not get quite the outcome I was hoping for, but Narumi explained to me that my natural lashes were too thin and brittle to support thicker extensions. I would still recommended her!

Great service! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Narumi made sure to tell me everything there is to know and explain why she was doing things the way she did them.
