Long waiting time for the doctor

I found with my own kids that a dentist who sees only kids has a better understanding of their needs. This place didn't disappoint me. My grandson will be back.

They were Great! This was my daughter's 1st experience at the Dentist and they made her feel very comfortable. We will continue to use them.

The staff was amazing, proffessional, friendly, knowledgable and capable and I will bring my daughter back again. My only complaint would be that I did not realize the waiting room was shared with a doctors office seeing sick children so while waiting for our appointment my 4 healthy children were playing in a waiting room full of sick kids.

They need bigger rooms for moms that have the toddler and a baby in a carseat!. We barely fit! Staff was great and sooo nice. So that made up for it. :)

Very welcoming atmosphere and the staff were AMAZING! it was my son's first trip to a dentist and they made sure he had nothing to fear :) We will be going back!

Staff was kind, and very courteous to the fact that our kids had never been to the dentist before.

The visit was horrible. I have two boys who have gotten dental cleanings every 6 months since they were 3 yrs old. They are now 10 & 8 and they have never had an issue with any of their cleanings. Both of them left there crying and begging me to never go back there. Both of their mouths were burning and my younger son's mouth was bleeding and the hygenstist tried to tell me that he needed to brush his gums more. Why hasn't any other hygentist ever said that in the last 5 years?. For a place that calls themselves "kids" dental, they sure do not know how to treat children.

Ewww...I will never go back there. This place has a doctor's office AND a dental office in one and that immediately turned me off! Who wants to take their kid to a simple dental check up & have to sit in the same waiting room as a bunch of sick kids??? Not me! PLUS, they make you sign papers that say that the parent agrees to wait in the waiting room while the child gets any procedures (other than just a check up) done so as to not "interfere with the procedure or possibly break any expensive equipment". Are you kidding me?!?! Parents should be allowed to stay with their child if they choose to. Never going back there & will NEVER recommend that place to anyone.
