About Wholistic Healing

Taressa Riazzi, the founder of Wholistic Healing, tried everything to get rid of her depression and anxiety, from taking medication to seeing medical doctors, psychiatrists, and counselors. After discovering hypnosis, she found relief, and now helps others in her role as a clinical hypnotherapist. She specializes in smoking cessation, personal intake, weight loss, anxiety and depression, and cultivating self-worth. During hypnotherapy sessions, she puts her clients in a relaxed hypnotic state before helping reprogram their habits. Behavioral modification planning allows the therapist to identify triggers and create new behaviors and patterns.

Teressa is an excellent therapist! Very easy to talk to, very informative about what she will and won't do, what to expect from her efforts, etc. Looking forward to returning to see her again!

Taressa is wonderful. She asked questions to get down to the root of the issue and had great advice on how to overcome it. Hypnosis was a very interesting experience. When I left I was still a bit skeptical that this could work for me, but then I started noticing the things we discussed running dialogue in my head and helping me make better choices. I'm looking forward to more sessions.
