The center is spacious and pleasant. It was my first time I had cryotherapy. The therapist who assisted me explained the process, was polite and helpful.

Place was clean and neat. Staff was attentive and helpful. The hyperbaric chamber session is 30 minutes. Out of those there is a short time before and after during which chamber is being pressurised and de pressurised. Great experience.

La crioterapia es excelente para la recuperación muscular de los que entrenamos para correr medios maratones y maratones. 100% recomendada. Finalizada la sesión me sentí 0 millas y lista para el half del día siguiente.

Excelente... desde que entras la atención es increíble, también se toman el tiempo en explicarte el procedimiento y cómo trabaja en tu cuerpo. Le compre varías sesiones a mi hija porque es bailarina y además que la recuperación muscular es más rápida siente más energía .
