One staff member came off as unfriendly and the pedicure was very amature. Hot stone massage was alright but was not happy with the pedicure at all.

Please, learn how to give massages. Don't leave people on their own with the hot stones and engage in phone conversations. learn reflexology. don't talk with your partner and other people while giving a reflexology massage. And especially don't talk in your language; specially when you laugh, it is very disrespectful.

Their is more to operating a spa then providing a treatment . It is the atmosphere and ambiance as well as the personality of the attendants that will make people want to return.
