I am very unfortunate to have done business with this company. I paid extra fees for stain removal and the result was a discoloration of my carpet. The company dealt with this matter in the most unprofessional way and with inappropriate accusations in order to not take any responsibility for mistreating the carpet.. Needless to say that I was very very disappointed.
