I'm very happy with my experience there. I ended up buying some Alumier products that were recommended for my skin and I really do love them! I am excited for my next appointment.

Spa is new & modern! A student did the laser hair removal. Happy with her treatment....returning 5 more times, it’s too early to tell wether it’s working or not. Having hair removal on my forearms.

If I would give 0, I would. This was by far the worst microdermabrasion experience, and also the worst cosmetic procedure experience ever. When I came, the lady at the reception said that they don't have anybody and should have cancelled my appointment. I offered to reschedule, she then said that she would do it, which was surprising to me because basically she would try to do my treatment while also taking care of reception. The whole thing took less then 10 min, she used extremely cold products, water was dripping everywhere, then she put a mask and disappeared without saying a word. She came back after dealing with people at the reception and put the greasiest cream that you can imagine, I had to take it off immediately and the said it's done. Do yourself a favour and stay away. It's a shame since the place looks beautiful, but what a horrible experience.
