Great Job on a VERY dirty apartment!

They were very difficult to communication with, hard to reach and not clear in their messaging. They showed up on the wrong date and were very unfriendly. I have two more appointments with them and I will NOT use them. Very bad customer experiance and service.

It took more than 6 months to get an appointment, when I finally did they were very unfriendly and did not do a good job. They left dirt all over the floors where they supposedly mopped, and I ended up cleaning up after them. They also came late and left early.

I was happy with the deal offered until it cane time to redeem, when the business tried to add additional fees that were not indicated on the promotion. After a lot of back and forth, I have asked for a refund as they will not provide the service I paid for.

Nothing was wrong and they did a fine job however other services have left the place cleaner in the past.
