What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

When we started 20 years ago, the plan was to use our expertise to help others, especially those who were vulnerable and going through the job hut process, which can be a nerve wracking experience.

What do you love most about your job?

The best part of the job is hearing feedback from our successful clients. One even sent our staff a "thank you pizza" after she started her new job.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best customer feedback we've received is from a client who thought the worst thing that happened to her in her life was getting laid off from a job she had for 30 years. She came back and told us it's the BEST thing that happened because she got a job with an adoption agency making families.
