I have had my bike tuned up every year at Empire Bikes for the last three years. The service is competent, and prices are reasonable.

Terrible experience. Dropped it off on Wednesday - told it would be ready on Friday. On Friday at midday, called to check - they confirmed it would be ready at 5:30. Went to pick-up at 6pm, they hadn't even started my bike. Picked it up Sunday. Chain fell off after the FIRST mile of the 1st ride. Brakes were adjusted to a dangerous level and the lost an expensive taillight.
