2AFitness might seem like a standard sort of workout joint on the surface; the floor is packed with treadmills and weight lifting machines you'd see just about anywhere. But, at it's core, 2AFitness is a little different. While machines help, many of the toughest workouts happen in classes where punching bags, tractor tires, and sledge hammers play just as big a part in the regimen. After breaking a sweat in such a class, exercisers can head to the 2AFitness lounge for a smoothie or continue their workout by bench pressing a barista.
