Friends for more than 20 years, Jen Dera and Angela Skruba-Bilen have had their cameras at the ready throughout college, law school, marriage, and the raising of their families, documenting these personal milestones on film. The two pals eventually decided to channel their photographic passion into Capture A Moment Photography, where they harness natural light sources to frame families, expectant mothers, and small celebrations in parks, backyards, or the protected airspace over a national monument. After each shoot, they assemble photos into a proofing gallery that remains online for 15 days.

Have had Jen and Ang take pictures many times. They do anexcellent job! Especially with my crazy toddlers running around they still manage to get awesome photos

They make you feel super comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation (boudoir). Make sure you have heels and all accessories. Come with ideas - they're open to your ideas. They work with a great hair and makeup place too!

Capture a Moment Photography was fantastic with my family and me! They took their time with us, were open to suggestions, the pictures are beautiful and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!
