The only thing is I made my first appointment which was very easy and good.....then it went down hill from then on.....had an appointment so I travel from my home to Lia Vie get there and their is no one up front and they young gentlemen said oh I called u yesterday to cancel which he did not because I did not have a call on my home phone or cell. Then I call back to make another appointment and I finally got my second appointment then on the 3rd appointment it took me forever to get my appointment because the girl that was doing the photal facial quit and the new girl was going to make my appointment (3) weeks go by and I have to call them to make my last appointment and I swore I would never go back........N I haven't + I also purchased 20 units of botox ....and it didn' even last 3 months .....not a happy customer with La Vie...........

Very attentive & a little stunted in the flow of where to go & when, like the personnel were new to the business. They were very nice & doc had good sticking technique on Botox injections. No complaints just seemed like they were still finding their rhythm.

The only thing lacking was soothing music during the facial and a great smelling candle.

I've had botox before, and have never bruised before this time. I think the doctor needs to have furher training on exactly where the injections need to be placed according to muscles for each type of wrinkle line. This is not an insult, just constructive feedback. I am still very peased with the results. Bruises went away within a week.

This was my first time having microdermabrasion. I had a very good experience and plan on coming back. Tiffany was so nice and very professional. I will definitely book my next appointment with her!!
