Wasabi Japanese Steak House fills its menu to the brim with a wide array of Japanese cuisine, everything from hibachi combo dinners to specialty sushi rolls to teriyaki entrees. Diners can dig into a sashimi plate swimming with 16 different types of raw fish, including mackerel, sea urchin, red snapper, and white tuna. They can also savor grilled tofu teriyaki, a yellowtail maki roll, and classic Asian noodle dishes.

Of course, one of the Wasabi's main draws is its hibachi cooking shows. Patrons sit in front of hot grills and watch as dextrous chefs sizzle up steaks, lobster tails, scallops, and chicken. While they cook, they throw and catch various cooking utensils, much like a juggler who got separated from the rest of the circus.
