Seemed to do a thorough job on service call, system cleaning, etc.,BUT annoying on his pushing for a major part replacement because it measured out to be only 80% efficient. To save $225, I stayed with the 80%. efficiency.

The tune-up didn't include ductwork. I was told little about what work was being performed other that "we're going over it with a fine tooth comb". Most of my interaction with them was trying to sell me other services.

Inefficient, here almost 2 hours for annual service. Ducts weren't cleaned as I expected. Suggested thousands of dollars in work when I am having no problems.

Do NOT call these people. The job they did was fine but they pressure you to purchase a new system and/or upgrade what you have.

Young man cleaned the coils, then asked me to buy a self cleaner. Told him that's not what I wanted, he then tried to sell me a surge protector. I declined and said just finish your job, and thanked him. He never checked my heat or air handler. Left without completing job.
