They were quick and efficient for a team of two. Not a big name service like Stanley steamer, but good for that whole house floor cleaning you don't want to do yourself. Some stains remain, but overall the place looks much, much better.

They were late arriving for appointment. I called, left a message ,then the girls called me back. It didn't pose a problem for me. They were great young gals and did a nice job.

The actual cleaning service and cleaner were great, BUT scheduling was not easily accomplished. When you call, you will hear some type of weird "music" for quite a while before a recording clicks in; then you will wait (usually until the end of the day) before you receive your call-back. (I know because I called three times before connecting with a real person.) Additionally, when I finally spoke to a real person, she was a bit snippy,
