After a few 10 10 workouts I went from requiring Ibuprofen to play singles tennis to using no Ibuprofen.

It is a completely different strategy towards exercise and weight lifting. Today was my first introductory class and I am already looking forward for the next class. Love the idea of having someone to adjust the equipment for you and accompany you all though the work out. I am up for the challenge and loving it.

They wasted our time scheduling appointments when they were actually going out of business. When my husband & I went for our appointment no one was there. We waited & waited & finally csllrd the corporate offices only to be told that the gal had a personal problem & would keep the next appointment. Of course that never happened because they went out of business. This was a total waste of time!
