Very nice I will be back

The office was nice, had very professional people working there, but my service wasn't what I expected it to be. I had a afternoon appointment and most of that appointment was takien up with X-Rays and a subsequent exam by the hygienist. She spent most of the remaining time taking these high resolution pictures of every tooth in my mouth. They were so magnified that every tooth appeared to be a complete loss. Of course I was offered two ways to fix my trouble. One was the quick way which was described as a bare minimum in treatment. The other was a terribly expensive option that would've required a huge loan to achieve! Finally after all of this hype I was told that there wasn't time to complete the cleaning because it was after 5 O'Clock and they needed to close. I was given a quick polish with the option to return for the complete cleaning and a sit down discussion with Dr. Davis concerning the care of my teeth. That would've required another appointment and the loss of another afternoon. I felt that the entire appointment was simply a fishing expedition to get new patients. If they had spent less time fishing and more time cleaning I wouldn't be here complaining. After all was done I found that the only service I received was a complete set of X-Rays and HD pictures of every tooth I own and unfortunately wasn't provided for my own records. What good are all of those X-Rays if you can't take them with you? Just an all around poor experience. The staff was very polite though and smiled all the way through it...
