About Master Chad Wilbur's Black Belt Academy

Tae kwon do, a nonaggressive system of self-defense, took form more than 1,000 years ago. It is now taught to the masses worldwide, including at Master Chad Wilbur's Black Belt Academy. Children as young as 2 begin learning moves designed to boost confidence and gross motor skills. Teens and adults practice more advanced techniques, such as kicking or punching through Styrofoam boards.
