About Sushi Train

There's constant motion inside Sushi Train, a restaurant helmed by Chef Alan Yang. That motion comes from a literal sushi train—a conveyer belt that carries a rotating selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, and Asian appetizers. Diners eye the plates as they move by, grabbing the ones they'd like to eat. Alternatively, visitors can order from a menu of simmering soups, dumplings, and hibachi entrees.

Sushi Train is such a great deal.If you get the "buffet" you can order anything from the menu and anything from the train. Try the pork gyoza. Pro tip: you can order up to 10 pieces of nigiri at a time!

We love that with the "all you can eat" dinner, you can order off of the menu as well as eat sushi off of the train. Just don't waste the food by ordering more food than you can comfortably eat. 😊
