About Sushi Train

There's constant motion inside Sushi Train, a restaurant helmed by Chef Alan Yang. That motion comes from a literal sushi train—a conveyer belt that carries a rotating selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, and Asian appetizers. Diners eye the plates as they move by, grabbing the ones they'd like to eat. Alternatively, visitors can order from a menu of simmering soups, dumplings, and hibachi entrees.
