This was great!! My wife and I received the basic instructions from the young men tending the shop (who by the way were very polite and courteous). We rode the back streets until we were comfortable and then got into the traffic and were on our way. We are both 60 yrs. old and there were a lot of people who inquired about where we got the scooters, they could tell we were having a ball.

They were grate! Nice small shop with nice bikes. They were very helpful to us visitors. With all the suggestions they gave us there was plenty of things to do for the 24 hours. We loved it all!

The staff was very informative and helpful. They took the extra time to make sure we were comfortable and understood how to operate the scooter. I would reccomend Big Easy scooters to friends visiting NOLA. A scooter is the best way to see the city!
