I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience at the New Horizon MediSpa. I had previously purchased a package with a different merchant and was very disappointed with the treatment. It was not consistent, the owner was constantly cancelling appointments, saying she would make them up but never has called back. New Horizon has a clean, calming atmosphere; my technician, Michelle, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the procedure. I even purchased another service while there. I can't wait to go back next week!

Comfortable, clean location. Dorothy was terrific...she explained each step of the procedure, to me, as it went along. Next appointment, next week.

Not the typical spa setting and the sound machine instead of relaxing music was a bit tedious but the therapist and massage were fantastic!
