I got a cut, color and Moroccanoil treatment there and it was great! I find the best salons are the ones where the stylists actually listen to the client, rather than try to work out their creativity on your hair. The girl that did my hair was so good about following instructions and giving me a great trim, like I asked her to.

I thought the stylists took their time. They seem to work in teams--hair dresser/colorist but I can't remember who I had. The atmosphere is nice & comfortable. A high end salon with a comfortable feeling.

I had a bad experience with the hair cut done at Bellissimo Hair Spa. I didn't realize at the salon since the hair dresser Rose styled it curly. The next day, I washed and realized my hair wasn't even. I confirmed with my friends if it was uneven haircut. They said it was very uneven and an overall bad hair cut. They assumed a student hairdresser cut my hair. I felt very embarrassed and put my hair in a pony tail for the whole week. I spoke to Rose a couple days later after the hair cut. She blamed my hair was already uneven and assumed I wanted it that way, which was false. Even if, I would assume a professional hair dresser would correct it. I rescheduled the next Friday with Rose. A few days later, she said another stylist was going to cut my hair. I went on Friday and had to wait 1 hour before the stylist Ruth? cut my hair. Even she agreed my hair wasn't properly cut at the salon. She was fixing my hair for close to 1 hour too. After it was finished, I asked if I can have the name of the owner. Another stylist interrupted my conversation with Ruth and started to give me attitude for inquiring about the owner. Overall, I didn't have to tell my friends to not go to this salon. They asked me the salon's name so they would never go there. I was very disappointed with the hair cut and customer service.

Was just not that impressed. Took a really long time to get my hair done. There was no AC and it was super hot.

Unfortunately, I received the WORST haircut I have ever had in my life at this salon! The staff were polite but the service was horrible. The girl who cut my hair was clearly just an assistant. She spent a total of 3 hours on my hair for what should have only taken 1 1/2 hours. I paid for a cut and color. My hair came out several different colors and was extremely uneven! I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE, especially at full price.

The hairdresser didn't understand what I wanted for my cut. Maybe because she was Spanish speaking with a thick accent? It turned out ok but not like I wanted it. The dye job was not good at all, again not happy.
