They were there waiting for me when my flight arrived.

We were picked up at the airport pretty quickly and the driver was friendly and helpful.

Took my reservations fine and without problem (no confirmation number, but a promise to call the night before). No call by 8pm of the evening before my first of three reservations. I called in and the man on the other end confirmed someone would be there. Then they were a no show and no one picked up the phone at their office--I tried calling for an hour. It took several days before I could get through to somone to cancel the remaining reservations. Extremely disappointed in this operation which clearly does not have its act together. I will not attempt to use them in the future.

I would not recommend this business. We had arranged everything and they did'nt pick us up at the airport, they didn't gave us a phone call nothing.

Was picked up in a dirty minivan by a extremely casual dressed driver. Music was too loud and heat was on too high

The driver was 2 hours late to pick us up at the airport. I called like they asked about 2 hours before my reservation time for them to be there. Then I called when I was picking up my luggage, they kept saying in 10 minutes we'll be there 2 hous later the luxury car that was to pick us up was an old mini van that smelled like cigarettes. I don't even think I should have payed for that service it was ALL WRONG!

Absolutely horrible service. They were over an hour late to pick us up. When they did it was in. Gold beat up mini can that had a tree incense ya hanging from the ceiling. It took 6 calls and a threat before they picked us up. I didn't even use the return because I couldn't trust them to get us to the airport on time. I canceled them and called a taxi. Absolutely do not recommend. Their website is completely false advertisement. You do not get the service they promise.

It was a horrible service. Car was not a sedan, but a dirty mini-van. Driver asked me for directions to the airport and then stopped for gas.
