The man you sent was on his cell phone most of the time. He cursed in my home. I didn't appreciate that. Please get some professional people. And he didn't even do a good job. I had to clean up after him.

The woman who showed up acted as if I was expected to have gloves for her, which I hadn't been informed. She insisted that two hours was not enough time, even though in the past I've had cleaners who have done an extremely thorough job in ninety minutes. Much of the floor was still filthy and a great deal of dust remained after she was done.
