I really like the laser hair removal machine they use. I have gone to a few different laser hair centers and they have all been slightly different machines. I like this one the best. It feels cold when it's first touching you, then a short burst of heat, followed by cold. It makes it the most comfortable out of all the treatments that I've had. The building is a little strange though. It's really a medical office but then they take you into the basement for your treatment. Not a big deal though....just a bit odd.
