The guy replacing the glass did a very good job, however, the man you had to deal with setting up the appointment was a very grouchy and rude man. He is definitely not a "people person", they should get someone better to deal with the public!

Don't worry about Russ that schedules your apt. He is rude and mean, but the people putting in the windshield are very nice. And they apologized for him.

Very friendly and great customer service which is almost a thing of the past now days. Only took them about an hour to install a new windshield at my job site. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
