My dog was happy, clean and nicely groomed when I picked him up. The groomer was very friendly and obviously enjoys what she does. I like the open play area for the dogs rather than having them stuck in kennels. You do have a choice of kennel or open area and as my dog is very social he was able to play while he waited he turn.
