This was our first"Inn experience" We loved the location, the food, the room was great, but mostly the friendly and accommodating staff. Had a wonderfull time.

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Hermitage Inn. And once again we were very happy with our experience. Our stay was wonderful. Our room, Bridgeview, was beautiful!

The housekeeping staff needs some work (replace k-cups used by guests without having to leave a written request, replace used glasses, wipe down shower doors). If I were paying full price, those little mis-steps would lead me to make a complaint to management. On the plus side, food was extraordinary, waitstaff were great, and daytime front desk personnel were VERY helpful.
